Rob is a Senior Consultant at Catalyst.

He works alongside our Partners and Directors to identify and get to know companies suitable for Catalyst to work with. Rob has over 15 years' experience of working in deal origination in private equity and corporate finance.

In addition to working with Catalyst, Rob runs his own business, Clifden Consulting, helping private equity funds, high-net-worth individuals and independent investors maximise the returns from deal origination processes. Prior to launching Clifden, he was Head of Direct Origination at the Business Growth Fund and prior to that Managing Director of Cadenza Partners Limited, an outsourced deal origination firm for investors.

Rob started his working life as a musician before switching to a corporate career, but maintains a healthy interest in the arts outside of work.
