Oliver (Oli) is an Executive at Catalyst and has over six years' experience in finance, M&A and transaction services.

He works alongside our Partners and Directors to deliver all types of deals including company acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs (MBOs), fund raisings and strategic reviews, acting for business owners, management teams, corporates and private equity.​ 

Oli is a member of Catalyst's Consumer sector team.

He graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Business Economics & Finance. He qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC whilst working in audit before moving to Transaction Services, spending time in both the Birmingham and London offices, with a focus on the retail, consumer and leisure sectors.

Away from Catalyst Oli is a keen sportsman, especially when it comes to rugby, cricket and skiing. His other main passion is the countryside, where in another life he would have stayed at home working on the family farm in Somerset.
