Matt is an Executive at Catalyst.

Matt works alongside our Partners and Directors to deliver all types of deals including company acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs (MBOs), fund raisings and strategic reviews, acting for business owners, management teams, corporates and private equity.​

Matt is a member of Catalyst's Consumer sector team. Recent deals include advising Rutland Partners on its acquisition of Armitage Pet Care.

Matt graduated from Worcester University with a First Class Honours Degree in Business, Management and Accountancy. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PwC where he was a Senior Associate within Assurance, working with a range of clients which included e.on, Galliford Try, Leicester Tigers and Doncasters.

Outside of work, Matt is a keen rugby player, Formula 1 supporter and enjoys motorcycling on the weekends.
