Martin advises Catalyst's Healthcare sector team.

Martin has over 20 years' experience within the UK healthcare consultancy services industry, spanning both NHS and private sectors. Most recently he was UK Commercial & Sales Director at GE Healthcare Performance Solutions, a start-up unit within GE Healthcare. Prior to this he was Head of Business Development at Tribal Group (now Capita Group), the leading technology-enabled business process management and outsourcing solutions company, and Head of Business Development Telehealth at BT.

Martin currently serves as Managing Partner at Francis Health, an internationally networked healthcare consultancy business, and is also Director Digital Health Change Management at Medtronic EMEA, the global leader in medical technology, leading the creation of the Patient Managed Services division. He is also an industry advisor to the Director of Strategy at NHS England as part of the Technology Enabled Change – Spread & Finish task force.

Martin has a BSc and an MBA from the University of Cambridge.

Away from work, Martin enjoys spending time with his triplets, Summer, Tilly and Finley, and has a passion for music and classic cars.
