Julia is Catalyst's Operations Manager.

She began her professional career as Finance Graduate at Marriott Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club in 2004 and then worked as Financial Controller at a number of top Midland hotels for Marriott International, Malmaison, Hotel du Vin and Hoar Cross Hall Spa Hotel. Julia then joined Performances Birmingham Limited, the charitable trust which operates both Birmingham Symphony Hall and Town Hall, as Head of Finance in 2014.

Julia is CIMA qualified and has a degree in Tourism Business Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management & Control. She is currently studying towards a masters degree in Strategic Business Management.

Julia lives in Birmingham with her young son. Her interests include skiing, cooking and regularly attending live music shows, comedy and festivals.
