Claire is a Principal at Catalyst and has over five years' experience in finance, M&A and transaction services.

She works alongside our Partners and Directors to deliver all types of deals including company acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs (MBOs), fund raisings and strategic reviews, acting for business owners, management teams, corporates and private equity.​ 

Recent deals include the sale of Fleet Hire to Australia-based SG Fleet Group. Claire is also a member of Catalyst's Healthcare sector team.

Claire graduated from Oxford University with a First Class Honours degree in Chemistry. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte where she was an assistant manager in the corporate finance restructuring team. Claire joined Catalyst in 2015.

Away from Catalyst, Claire is keen on sports, particularly netball and running. She also enjoys travel with recent destinations including Thailand and Vietnam.
