Andrew is a Principal at Catalyst and has fifteen years' experience in financial management and corporate finance experience.

He works alongside our Partners and Directors to deliver all types of deals including company acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs (MBOs), fund raisings and strategic reviews, acting for private business owners, management teams, corporates and private equity.​

Recent deals include advising GI Solutions Group on the acquisition of the Eclipse Group comprising Eclipse Colour Print, Eclipse 4DM and Direct Link. Andrew is also a member of our TMT sector team

Andrew has transacted across a variety of sectors and worked on a number of high profile deals including the sale of American Golf to Sun Capital Partners Inc, the acquisition of Clairmail Inc by Monitise plc, the investments in Parts Alliance by Hg Capital and the recent disposal of Phase Eight to Foschini.

An economics graduate from Loughborough University, Andrew qualified as a chartered accountant with Grant Thornton in 2004. Before joining Catalyst, he spent nine years at Deloitte where he was an assistant director in the Transaction Services team.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys cycling and is a keen follower of a number of sports including football.
