Alexis is the office manager for our Nottingham office and personal assistant to Justin Crowther and Simon Peacock.

After studying business at college, Alexis spent five years serving in the Royal Navy as a Communicator, taking part in two six month deployments in the Gulf. She then worked for the New Zealand Defence as a Personnel Liaison officer before joining Catalyst.

Alexis is a member of the Holme Pierrepoint Running club, along with keeping active by cycling, yoga, walking and rock climbing. She volunteers part-time for the Sea Cadets as a uniformed civilian instructor, working with children and adults using MOD-based learning modules for classroom and outdoor activities.
