Anthesis’ founders, who are CEO and ex Chairman, are ex board members of WSP plc and built up the environmental consultancy division.

What difference did we make?

Catalyst was engaged by the shareholders to manage the sale of the company to a strategic buyer with the right cultural fit and same long term ambitions. Our experience of working with shareholders with slightly different objectives as well as understanding the critical aspects of a human capital business, allowed us to manage the sale to Anthesis with speed and certainty.

What our client said
Catalyst’s support was very helpful in ensuring delivery of each of the shareholders’ different objectives, and in running the sale process from start to conclusion. This enabled us to continue to run the business and move our focus onto integration into the Anthesis business. Dee Moloney
